There should be a service review because when we suddenly needed a new carrier in short order Lindsay was there...meeting me for coffee with her bag of options and info.

This carrier is beautiful, the fabric is great, my little toddler fits great in it. I have low back struggles and have no issues there. The adjustable seat size and back height lets my little have many arm in our options and will surely grown with her.

The draw backs, for short torsos the chest strap feels too high even on the lowest setting so cris-cross straps become the only option limiting its many options. And I wish the shoulder straps were more fabric than nylon straps. I've found it cuts into the armpits after an hour or many days of wearing. So if you like to wear a lot, hike, pedestrian travel in warm weather either get pads (do those exist?) or plan attire that doesn't include tank tops. Because of these strap challenges I have experienced between shoulder pain after about an hour of constant wearing at least 2 days in a row.

I still like it and hope to connect again to get a lesson in tweaking the wearing.
